Jill holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Before co-founding Spark, she held senior roles in Canada and Europe with American Express, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Bell Canada, and Mackenzie Financial. As an Executive Coach, Jill is certified with the Coach Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation. She is a Certified Practitioner of Positive Intelligence™ and a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO™ Serious Play™ Method. She is trained in Creative Problem Solving and has her Advanced Moderator designation having facilitated hundreds of qualitative research projects.
