- Wendy and Jill co-founded Spark in 2003 and built a successful consultancy working with C-suite and senior leaders to uncover insights and develop new marketing strategies
- Our work supported our clients’ brands and teams to successfully compete in increasingly challenging markets
- Prior to Spark, both Wendy and Jill each have more than 15 years of client-side experience in progressively senior roles as marketing leaders with top tier organizations
- Since creating our coaching practice in 2017, we have worked with dozens of organizations across multiple industries including financial services, transportation, technology, telecommunications and packaged goods.
- With many of these companies our work was with executives and teams to uncover insights and build compelling strategies to meet business goals
- More recently our work has focused more directly on individuals – helping them be better leaders and helping their teams be more effective
- We are always innovating to combine the most productive, engaging elements of various methodologies to deliver a meaningful experience to our clients
- For over 30 years we have worked in-and-for a wide variety of large corporations
- We have also worked with smaller businesses, start-ups and a small group of Not-for-Profit organizations
